Hey guise, my miners are on a strike; they demand lower working hours and lower temp... How should I do this? I think I can get them 16/24 instead of 24/24 but I don't know about the temps especially since summer is coming. Any strike-breakers I can pay off?

u can use water cooling instead of stock-air cooling or just lower clock engine and voltage

Tough to say without knowing how your case is currently set up, what you're mining with, what clocks, and what CGMiner settings.

Move to Alaska, heard their union laws are less strict there.
