Everything is back on green, are we headed up?

If you took really a close watch, there was a price appreciation very early this month. And then everything suddenly went red. But in the middle of it there was a short hiatus where almost everything was turning green already. I was also thinking that was it. I assumed the rest of the altcoins will take the increase as the BTC is decreasing. But then it proved to be very short as the following day the chart was reddish once again. I think this might still be temporary, what we are experiencing right now. There will still be red days ahead and then green by the time August 1 comes near as many will transfer their BTC into alts.

I'm by no means a TA expert but I think it's a bit too early to say that the bloodbath is over. And even if it is, I wouldnt expect a major rebound to what we saw a few weeks ago anytime soon.
