2. Rostekhnadzor license for the use of ionizing radiation for medical purposes;
3. Sanitary-epidemiological conclusion of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency on working conditions;
4. The license of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the provision of medical services (oncology).

Curently, in Russia there are only four radiosurgical centers equipped with the Gamma Knife equipment. To meet the overwhelming need for the cancer treatment in modern Russia it is necessary to open dozens of centers equipped with the Gamma Knife equipment or high-precision linear accelerator.

Our center of high-precision radiology in Obninsk is designed to provide services in the field of radiosurgery and radiotherapy to 4000 patients per year.
We will open a network of radiosurgery and radiotherapy centers for the cancer treatment first on the territory of the Russian Federation. After meeting the nneds of the population of  the Russian Federation, similar centers will be opened in the CIS countries, where there is also a deficit of this high-tech equipment.

Dear investors and colleagues!

On December 27, 2017, the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Bank of Russia were prepared to send to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and published a bill establishing the rules for the organization and conduct of the ICO in Russia.

The initiative of the Finance Ministry and the Bank of Russia has recently appeared, and we can not predict what the consequences will be. In this regard, we have decided to postpone the IPO Group ICO for February-March 2018.

By this period, we expect the certainty in the legal regulation of the ICO, on the basis of which we will be able to adapt all the necessary internal documents of the ICO.
