Best Coin to Mine with 1080 ti with Optimal MSI settings

Hi,

Is Zcash still the coin where 1080 ti shows its superiority most clearly compared to other GPU's ?, and what would you recommend to achieve 700+ Sols while still keeping voltage usage at around 85 %, the reason being 1st this is the most energy efficient setting, and 2nd my 2 PSU's have somehow difficulty handling a total of 7 gpu's (4 + mb connected to 1500w, and 3 connected to 1000w, system still shuts down on initial starts on most occasions at 90% and above voltage...)

I lower the memory clock a bit and overclock the Core, but not really getting consistent 700+ sols with 85 % voltage, what would you recommend ?
