IMO, you shouldn't even be posting at all (which would also solve your problem--win/win!!).

You write like posting here is a job, with only enough effort to answer a spammy question and satisfy a campaign's requirements,  like this:

I agree with you sir. Your post will definitely be erased if you write that way. No talk is spoken and repeatedly words. So when I post it I really think and I'm assured that when I press on the post I have read it. and understood even if I was not very good at English speaking. So my post will not be deleted. So try to imporove your post. Because that's where the manager looks. to be deserved to be given rewards.

Your post wasn't missing the thread you posted in has been deleted so basically your post is not missing it just disappeared as the topic has been deleted. Posts in other thread is sometimes being deleted or even in local board so you should only post on meaningful topic so that it wouldn't be deleted.
