In my opinion bitcoin dont have so much potential like small coins, they can do again 1000% and more. Much more faster than bitcoin

I would put 95% only with well stablished trustable coins with great devs and big wordlwide support (btc and eth), because it's a too big sum to gamble. And the remaining 25k I would gamble in emergent coins hoping doing a killer (right now probably Neo because of his current bloodbath).

I would invest 50% in BTC, 25% in ETH and last 25% split into 10-20 different altcoins. I believe BTC will increase in the price, at least ($10k) so you will get your investment back, and with altcoins portfolio, you will maybe earn some real cash.

If you have that kind of money to invest, I would say start mining Ethereum. If you don't want to go the mining route, this is a great coin to purchase as well. Lots of future growth.
