Antminer S9's fans spin when power is applied, but no lights turn on (no hashboards, no ethernet, no status leds, no controller leds).

Power supply and ethernet connection are known to be good. Reset button and IP Report button have no effect.

Is there any way to solve this problem or must the miner be repaired by bitmain?

Ignore scammers on Skype, Telegram, etc. I will only ever contact you via forum PMs. See profile for fingerprint.

Test your PSU and make sure it is outputting 12v. If you are getting no lights turning on you either have a PSU or controller problem.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

I think you didn't reset it carefully so I suggest that you reset it again with the correct procedure to reset your miner to the factory default and also to refresh the program.

You can follow the 3 ways to restore factory your miner here https://enforum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/3957

If it didn't work then your control board is damaged so the only way you can solve the issue is to send it back to bitmain if it's still under warranty.

Or buy a new control board from Bitmain if its out of warranty.
