If you want to succeed in ICO then you should already have a working site then people will trust and invest in that business or else you should have a well-known people on the board then also you can generate money. If you have a new team and no working site then many people will not invest money in those ICO projects.

People with good reputation is best to part of the team as they will attract investors, it could be a consultant or anything as long as he has the specif role in the project. ICO nowadays are very competitive, a lot of ICOs running the same concept so you have to come up with an idea that will make you better than your competitors and that involves a lot of factors.

if you need someone for your team then you should meet personally with that person so you can talk directly one on one and not by sending private message. i am sure that you can found quality people on here because in this bitcointalk, there is a lot of people which have skills and capable to do what you want and i hope that you can that person.

It's better to put a team together in the same country that way a lot of issues relating ;language barriers and trust can be sorted out quickly so that you get moving. If the team are dispersed you will likely need to hire an escrow services too to pay them off for their services and a whole lot and so its best if you are close; it saves a lot of time and stress.

We have small amount of funds. We need reliable team with team leader located in Toronto, but we won't hesitate to chat if person located out of Canada. Freelancers, Marketers, PR managers and etc. won't be necessary that they have to live in Toronto

Your thread should have been located in Services first, because there you will be able to find any such entities you need for your work.
I can handle marketing part, though I don't have any threads here but I have experience with certain Medical companies I used to work with.

That's very specific, "should live in Toronto." Usually people on this forum protect their privacy and would rather be anonymous in terms of working together. Also since your ad is so specific, then you will likely have a hard time finding the people you want to work with.

Your offer doesn't seem to discuss pretty much what the job is and is there a clear compensation plan. Generally, I think your ad lacks a lot of things before it can spark an interest from the community.

I  think he is just the financier. But I have to agree that the need huge funding about the project that he is planning to put up. Yes, you better move this thread to the service section to attract the best software developer, team leader that you are looking for. Plus you need a marketing arm as well to promote your new website. And you know that online gambling is already saturated right? So its better you offer something different or unique to gain customers. Anyways, goodluck though hope you find  the perfect team.

You want to start a gambling related business and you want real people to get with your business. Yes, that's true that there are quality people here where you can get some help. But if you want to get someone your team why not try to hire personally that is living there on Toronto, set up a posting on what you are looking for I guess that is much effective. But well people here mostly don't want to disclose their location but I still wish the best for your search.

Exactly, So if we assume that OP is a financer with low funds, I think that it is hard for him to build a team because if I'm a developer and have knowledge on gambling start up but don't have cash to start, Why will I choose to made partner to financer that can't give my needs for developing? So it's actually nonsense if you want to build a team and you are just a financer with low funds. I believe that OP is only a financer. Right OP?
