Are you sure that you got the right address from Jaxx?
Try to go to Tools -> Display Private Keys -> Display Bitcoin Keys -> And see if you find your address there. If you do, copy and save its private key, download Electrum[1] and import your private key there. Then, you can just spend your coins.
If you don't see your address in the list, save your backup seed, reinstall Jaxx and restore your wallet. If even after that, you can't see your coins or the address in the Bitcoin Keys list, maybe you got the wrong address or there is an issue with Jaxx, which means that only them can help you.
