Hey guys newbie here just trying to understand what may have happened to my BTC. I sent some BTC to a Jaxx wallet from Mycellium wallet some time back and have been waiting for it to show up. It's been a few weeks and still nothing. The customer support at Jaxx has been no help, in fact they have been HORRIBLE!
My question is this...it doesn't show the correct address in Jaxx but shows others; I'm sure that's why I can't see the funds. I do see the address on the blockchain and it has multiple confirmations. Is there any way to get this thing back?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Ignore this guy. He is just trying to increase his post count by making those shit spam posts.

Are you sure that you got the right address from Jaxx?

Try to go to Tools -> Display Private Keys -> Display Bitcoin Keys -> And see if you find your address there. If you do, copy and save its private key, download Electrum[1] and import your private key there. Then, you can just spend your coins.

If you don't see your address in the list, save your backup seed, reinstall Jaxx and restore your wallet. If even after that, you can't see your coins or the address in the Bitcoin Keys list, maybe you got the wrong address or there is an issue with Jaxx, which means that only them can help you.
