I'm in malta and was around with a friend, we were talking about Bitcoin and all of the sudden I saw this from far



 I couldn't believe my eyes.

Some supporter may have just placed it there. Bitcoin has garnered a lot of supporters already so it shouldn't be uncommon to see things like tbat dude. Though if i were you, i'd probably have a se ond glance as well

I think in your place there no sign like that.
I guess that day is first you see sign like that.
