Once I get my Little Single, I may consider selling some GH/s off of it to people. Anyone want to make me an offer? Not selling more than 4 GH/s.

Become a mining corporation, man. Get some more hashpower together, and sell it in increments of say, 100Mh/s as shares. Then get on one of the big cryptostock exchanges (BTCT, Crypto::Stocks), and get approved.

Not necessarily...Many are splitting miners or pools in shares, that can be bought for effectively a BH/s share of the pool converted in BTC return.
Obviously it's more formal than just saying "I'm selling GH"

I've decided against selling my hash rate. If I ever do obtain more rigs (150 gh/s range) I will follow the above comment and become a mining corporation and sell hash rate in 100 mh/s increments as shares much like ASICMiner
