Hey guys, so I signed up to BTC-E 5 days ago and have deposited 5$ worth of Bitcoin. Im trying to message a friend but still I can not. Any ideas?

add BTC-e to skype. message them. they seem to reply faster then the ticket system

skype: btc-e.com

dont tell them passwords or emails. just your username

Proper skype is btc-e.support

That one might work too. I'm not familiar enough with btc-e to speculate on that point, though, so you should avoid it.
