Anyone Using EtherDelta?

Anyone able to successfully use EtherDelta in the last day or so.  I know Crypto Kitties is clogging up the Ethereum blockchain but it's crazy that I can't even use EtherDelta.  I can't deposit ETH into my trading account; was hoping to pick up a few alt-coins during the bloodbath.

I set the gas price to 50 and my transaction went through but it costs a lot that i have to think twice before putting up orders and moving my tokens. The pending transaction is still a lot and hasn't go down since three days ago so i expect this problem will last quite a long time.

It is because now ETH blockchain is facing some serious issues with their network. It will take some time to get back on the track, already the team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, these are temporary issues and will be resolved very soon.

When this kitty thing came up I was trading on EtherDelta for one more day with very high tx fees, it worked still this way. However I stopped my trading there for the time being, this is no fun anymore. Its just frustrating when you want to trade and everything is so delayed. I just hope that this issue will be resolved soon in one way or another.

Hey, I am using etherdelta, and as what I've think it is useful and I think it is also safe, etherdelta is connected with myetherwallet, once we already have myetherwallet we can sign in in etherdelta so we can convert our token to eth.

A lot of alternative coins in comming are support ERC 20 token. So we can exchange it by EtherDelta.
It's easy to use and safty. But charge of transaction is only the problem

This is really bad for ethereum user, for the past week almost all token price was dropped significantly and lost many volume because of this major problem

But in case you still want to do some transaction please make sure to raise the gas by checking ethgasstation.info to check the minimum safe gas price at that specific time. Hope it helps

Kinda sucks to pay 4 gwei minimum for a transaction huh. I too was trying to trade some of my tokens on ED yesterday but refrained from doing so after learning of those transaction backlogs. I'm going to wait out this stupid fad before trading again, it's very risks right now I suppose.

I like it!

Had to operate there fewh times.

But it is very dependable on Ethereum network.And today CryptoKitties (saints...) took control over Ethereum and fully in charge.
That really gives us a picture how some blockchain giants still need to be improved.

This crypto kitties thing is really causing some serious mess in the Ethereum traffic. Ethereum is already busy and sometimes there are even serious delays. And now they are adding up some useless add-ons to the traffic. I mean, I don't really mind them making up something like that for as long as the more important transactions will not be affected or even sacrificed.

Yes, I am also using EtherDelta.

Many people don't like it but honestly, I could never truly understand why.

In my opinion it is an awesome tool, which utilize the best ideas of blockchain and smart contracts. It is decentralized and is trustless, what do you need for a good exchange? Of course, right now it suffers from Eth network congestion but that is global issue not related to EtherDelta Only.
