it's because of supply and demand if many people have more interest in bitcoin the value price of the bitcoin currency will affected too and i think the price also set by a seller and a buyer.

good job, your knowledge well be appreciate, that is the reason to rising up and down.

Most exchanges charge maker or taker fees (depending on order book liquidity at the time of transaction and the time it takes to fulfill the transaction) of between 0.2% and 0.5% for bitcoin trades.Given bitcoin’s skyrocketing prices, that is a far more profitable transaction for users as compared to paying $21.50 in transaction fees to buy a $4 cup of coffee using bitcoin.

Because the price is depending on the trust of investors. More investors , more money will equal with high price. Losing investing money and investors are leading to the low price.

That's the common growth pattern that bitcoin has been experiencing from the beginning. If you look at the price chart the growth always happens with some price moves happening forward and backwards. Each and every time the end result will be reaching a value bigger than the one around which it is fluctuating for a longer time period.

It is still in its early phase and just like any other currency, it is volatile. I guess that better explains it. Every currency have this pattern and with bitcoin increasing in value everyday, there is always bound to be some little corrections which helps to show a healthy system.

The price of Bitcoin is defined by demand and suplly.
If we deeply analyze Bitcoin value since its appearance we will notice that the value rises when more people buy bitcoin and as we all know the number of available bitcoins is not enough sufficient which make its price so high.
Another affective factor is rumors and what known people proclaim about bitcoin. If someone well known says that Bitcoin is a fraud, the value will be  significantly affected.
