In my opinion, you should take a look first the company background, white paper and etc... If you consider ICO, I suggest to take consider the TGE of LOYALCoin. You can check their ICO website here https://loyalcoin.io?ref=1141

Find some new technology/blockchain project. This is what increases the most in my experience. Some ICO offer security tokens that is more risky.
