Well it was kinda obvious. No English website, operator not speaking good English, no actual data about him, lots of payments lags and unanswered questions, generally big time shady. Sorry for your loss people.

Why would the site have to be in english if he is based in Spain? He also does provide plenty of information: I've actually met him in person.

I've been invested in his fund for a few years now, and I've been very satisfied. The payments are still coming in weekly, however the payments for shares on Litecoininvest have not ever since they bought the site. I know they have been having some issues getting it going, and it has been pretty frustrating (I pester Miquel frequently asking when it will be back up).

As for the cashing out of shares part... Yes, it can be very slow. I've had my own requests cancelled multiple times before ultimately being accepted (and had to provide my ID information), once the fund is listed on an exchange again this shouldn't be a problem since you could just sell your stake and cashout. Really hoping it gets listed again soon.

So what you re saying is that he respects his obligations on case to case basis? He does pay your and does not pay other people for whatever reason? How can that be honest and transparent?

Well, the first thing he should do is actually address his clients here or via some other form of communication. As long as he hides and posts no word about this, people re going to think he s a scammer. I personally do not have any stake in this but I used to contemplate investing at some point. Glad that I passed on this one.

In the first place, I am in no way related to the investment fund Bitcoin Inverstors Trust or the more modern Numero Veritas.

Secondly, I speak from the role of user of various services like bitphone or ATMs atms of btcfacil, without having any complaints until the present moment.

Afterwards, it is true that there is little or no communication from the investment fund, that the decisions that are made do not appeal to investors and nobody likes to lose their investments or think that they will lose them.

Also the bureaucracy makes things go slow or use the legality and make a legal complaint in the courts. I repeat, it is an external opinion and I am not a lawyer.

Dividend payout (aprox): 50%.

wow... you're dumb af...
dividend is a share of profits not a 50% return on investment each time...

he gets 10,000$ invests it... the service generates 2$ it's first week with only 2people who invested 5,000$ each... 50% of the dividend shares are split between the two investors 0.50$ each and he keeps 1$... i don't see how you think this is such an amazing deal.

it seems that it is a scam but there are plenty of other reasons people shouldn't have invested.

mainly this...

Objectives:
- Basic criteria is working how business angels for interesting enterprises and ideas.
- Do not invest in illegal activities.
- Investments are prioritized with ethics, social and ecological projects.
- Investing in assets denominated in all crypto-currencies. But priority is for all nominated in BTC.
- Investing in stocks, bonds, funds and loans.
- Initially all business are in Internet but in one future it's possible invest also in stock markets (ex. NASDAQ, NYSE, EUROSTOCK, ...).
- Looking to increase value investing. Normally reinvest a percentage of the profits.
- Invest looking sustainable and to diversify risk.

crypto-currency investments, stocks, bonds, funds, loans, and investing in startup services i'm guessing...

although i'm sure alot of people know all of these or just some...  most of these require different expertise. i did not read every page of comments, but out of the first two i read i didn't see one person ask "what his qualifications are"

and just incase someone says these are all the same thing... "they are similar" but it's a big difference in giving a guy who can turn a profit with your money or a guy who can maximize profits in every field.

i'm Looking for sig campaign pmme
