Now my weekly dividends are 0.00002500-0.00001500 BTC/share.

Sorry this weekend in Spain Monday was holidays and I go to climb mountains.
Thanks.

What is the actual business?
You can see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0Ar7_aNe-JZqRdExuN3NJYXlxM2VFVV9yYzJNbkFLcXc&output=html column week earnings. I actualize info frequently.
Early we begin invest in NASDAQ stock market.

Quote
I sent you BTC then what do you do wth it?
I diversify investments for to be money more secure. Also I receipt investment proposals. I analyze invest money asking reputation and profitability.
It's possible to be private shares. Only contact me.
You need also understand than I also invest my private money in this Hedge Fund. Then my basic interest is than all run very well.

Quote
How are you giving to dividends?
If you see public google spreadsheet you understand where Hedge Fund earn diversify money every week. Every week is different.

Quote
We should make 100%+ right?
Yes now profitability Hedge Fund you can expect is 100% now but share prices can change. I don't know how can evolution prices because trade it's free. I work for month to month profitability fund increase. Also I do very much reinvestments. Also it's possible decreases if there are any important scam. Also BTC or LTC exchange prices can increase or decrease your investment.

Quote
And not just get our dividends so eventually get 100% back, right?
Of course. Dividends is your earnings. Yours shares can be sell and then you recuperate your first investment. You need to know than sell prices can change day to day. See trade label.
I'm serious. I pay dividends weekly. I can't promise one exact hour because I don't have one cron for to pay. But dividends are regular.
If I can't work more in this Hedge Fund I will try sell all our positions best prices and pay one liquidation dividend. Also it's possible to sell all business other company or team if there are any interesting to continue but this option now is very remote.

Today (15-Jun-2014) BitcoinBourse stop trade HFB.
Changed terms for merchants. Want earn fee 1 BTC/month. I consider than is unacceptable.
BitcoinBourse say than I can't pay 1 BTC/month.
Hedge Fund BTC say than BitcoinBourse sell shares loss than 1 BTC/month. With this sales is one unjustified rate.
For this reason I offer this solutions for BitcoinBourse shareholders:
- Migrate to any other exchange. I work for this. I hope than early we can do it.
- Convert shares to private shares. If you have more than 100 shares it's possible to pay directly to bitcoin adress.
- Convert BitcoinBourse shares (HFB) to LitecoinInvest shares (HFLTC).
Don't worry. I pay weekly dividends normally.
Thanks for your comprension.

WEEKLY DIVIDEND

You can expect tomorrow Monday 23 Jun 2014 next weekly dividend. For Hedge Fund LTC wil be 0.00019 LTC. For Hedge Fund BTC will be 0.000019 BTC.

How you know main earnings are thanks my BTC-EUR trade on LocalBitcoins. It would be interesting to move more money (aprox 5 BTC or 200 LTC). With this money could increase weekly dividend considerably. With actual share prices profitability is up 100% year.

If any want private BTC investments please contact me. Minimum is 0,10 BTC = 100 shares Hedge Fund BTC. Now I work for to list Hedge Fund BTC in any exchange. When I obtain it it's possible migrate private shares to new exchange.

Thanks for your support.

On BitcoinBourse I don't pay more dividends for HFB.
After heart last days shareholders I decided to migrate Hedge Fund BTC (HFB) on BitcoinBourse to Hedge Fund LTC (HFLTC) on www.litecoininvest.com
All shareholders than have more 300 shares can convert HFB to private shares. Is not problem. If yes please send me your bitcoin adress for receive next dividends.
Less 300 shares transaction fees are very hight for receive dividends directly. Is better to migrate.
Change is 1 HFB = 6 HFLTC + bonnus.
Please send me your nickname on LitecoinInvest for to tranfer your shares.
Thanks.

I don't mean to sound negative, its late an I am tired :

He manages your money by investing in other business's. He has a complete spreadsheet available of what he invests in and what quantity.

Disclaimer: absolutely no offense against any party. Just laying down the facts that I observed during my "BTC times". Agree or don't this is how it is(and how will it end).

Few key points:
a) for hedge fund to be really working it needs to operate inside of 'legal state'. That means that if any of companies fund invest in defaults or something, fund can sue it and possibly recover some lost money/coins. Without legal coverage their is no reason to believe involved parties will keep their promises(without using leverage on them(and almost everytime you have no leverage against them at your disposal))
b) so called businesses you or some fund like invest in ARE NOT REAL BUSINESSES!!!! Please read this line few more times as it's very important and you will probably disagree with it at the beginning. Most of them are just fake/ponzi/fraud/experimentOfKidWithZeroRealBusinessExperience that used dawn of cryptocurrency  to cheat many kids/naivePeople/mindlessPeople and get their coins. Even if some of them are legit(but trust me most of them are not) if they default/operatorDies/etc you lose everything "invested" in them with no possibility to get at least something back
c) with hedge fund you just add one extra layer of 3rd party which you CAN'T trust - so you are in risk that fund will go default, etc and at the same time in risk, that "companies" (see b)) fund has invested in will go default(so fund will lose proportion of it's wealth)
d) some real examples of why you shouldn't invest(read gamble) in those "companies" and funds from the history: glbse tickers, cryptostock tickers(99% are scam/ponzi - for example look at my favorit JDBIF Cheesy Cheesy I hope that guy behind it will eventually get arrested one day) and you will probably think of dozens of others Smiley
e) this is no insult but if you think that google docs is some kind of prove of fund operation you are just silly Smiley (is there any reason ponzi fund couldn't write this in same way?)

So if you will keep your coins in such fund you will eventually lose(maybe not all). As well as fund operator will be forced to close it down one day and lose his credibility.
Only reason to invest is to learn points a) - e) on your own Smiley

Its not necessarily proof, but I have seen scans of his ID that match his blog / social media accounts, I have also been holding his shares for several months now. He hasn't listed any new shares in quite a while, and it would make no sense to keep paying people out once you stop bringing money in. Thats not how ponzi's work  Roll Eyes Its also a legally registered company in spain.

Not to worried about him running off with funds with so much of his information available

And I don't "mark him as Ponzi guy" - like I say even when fund operator will be absolutely honest he can't defend against investing into well run scam -> explained in my point b)

Anyway I wish you all a good luck and hope noone gets screwed Smiley

If OP is correct in his valuations, then IMO shares are trading at a 90% discount to net asset value.

Total outstanding shares: 65,447

NAV/share= (6,987 LTC/65,447 outstanding) = 0.106 LTC/share, total assets divided by total shares

last trade: 15@.01001

...am I missing something here?

Info+fotos: http://abcserrano.com/abc-serrano-es-el-primer-centro-comercial-de-madrid-con-cajero-bitcoin/
Info+fotos: http://www.cincuentaeuros.com/hedge-fund-btc-y-ltc-compra-el-cajero-bitcoin-situado-en-abc-serrano-de-madrid/

Noticia: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=871457.0

El cajero que se instalará en Girona (España) está en construcción. Es de esperar que empiece a funcionar a mediados de enero del año 2015 por lo que las ganancias también se contabilizarán.
Info+fotos: http://www.cincuentaeuros.com/espai-bitcoin/

Es intención del fondo Hedge Fund BTC & LTC instalar más cajeros bitcoin en España y sur de Francia a medida que se disponga de más capital. Así nos aseguramos los dividendos futuros ;-)
Gracias.

No !!!! Minimum invest is one share you can buy it for only 0,00103 BTC.
You can reinvest all you want.
If you want invest one big quantity (more 10 BTC) it's not problem.
Hedge Fund BTC planning is manage very much ATMs BITCOIN in Spain and South France.
We begin now with one ATM but is under construction second ATM now.
There are investors than do more 10BTC but best option is to do private shares. Please contact me.
Thanks.

Hi Makulu,

Have you given any consideration to launching an asset on a different platform? The returns for HFBTC are very attractive, but I'm worried about Litecoininvest's solvency.

I stopped calling out scammers on this forum years ago, because they're so ubiquitous now. People don't want to hear the truth, as I was reminded with the Pirateat40 fiasco (prison time doesn't make your stolen bitcoins come back).

However, as someone who actually works in the hedge fund industry, and out of respect to the fund managers, auditors, accountants, and compliance professionals who take their jobs seriously, I'd be remiss not to point out that this "Hedge Fund BTC" is not a hedge fund at all and has nothing to do with hedge funds in any way. The intellectual dishonesty they demonstrate by calling themselves a hedge fund suggests further dishonesty with their "clients'" bitcoins. Caveat emptor.

Other than that....just lol.

I had a questions on this.
How can you operate as a hedge fund and stil accept clients from the general public such as none qualified investers?

What are your experience to manage a hedge fund, what is the security future of holding clients money, do you have a custodian, and if so is it an internal auditor or external such as a TPA? How can you claim such high returns with certainty?

Also, seems like you advise people on what to do with their BTC, if you move into a Adviser role do you not have to be covered under FiNRA?

I am not saying this is a scam I am simply inquiring. I have been an Adviser for years, and I study for my designations. BitCoin wildy fascinates me but I feel like I do not understand the financial protection of the Currancy or the companies that run them.

I will not lie, I would love to run my own Practice with BitCoin as the main topic since I think there is some huge potential upsides, just would not dare touching other peoples money without understanding everything inside and out, would hope clients would feel the same with any firm.

He is based in Spain, not the US. Legally he cannot take US investors, however unlicensed nano sized funds are not that uncommon and the chance of SEC intervention is pretty slim. As far as this being a scam, Makalu has always been very transparent, and the fund contains valid revenue streams, the main revenue comes from Bitcoin ATM's Makalu has set up in Spain, CoinDesk did an article on one of them recently I believe. I've personally recovered my initial investment in dividends alone over the past ~18 months or so (initial investment of LTC, USD wise the fund didn't perform as well).

The exchange the fund is traded on (Litecoininvest) however should be avoided. I have not been able to withdraw my funds for two weeks now, no replies from Admin. From what I understand is that the admins abandoned the project and now the site is running on autopilot.

Do you think it doesn't matter as long as you get your money back? That logic also applies to ponzi schemes.

The issue at hand is not where this so-called hedge fund is domiciled. Spain? Gibraltar? Ireland? The Cayman Islands? The Channel Islands? The City of London? Doesn't matter. Nor is the issue transparency or revenue streams or Bitcoin ATM's or dividends or even that you recovered your principal. The germane issue is that whatever this thing is, it is not a hedge fund, an entity with a very specific definition globally. The SEC? That's irrelevant in this case. "Unlicensed nano sized" fund? The operative word is unlicensed, which thus proves it is closer to a beggar on the street than an actual hedge fund. Any investor ought to be extremely skeptical of an entity calling itself something that it is not, especially when it implies so much. Would a sole proprietorship selling trinkets at a shopping mall kiosk call his business a hedge fund? Of course not, because it isn't a hedge fund. Why doesn't Makalu simply call this thing he does a Bitcoin ATM company of some kind and do away with the hedge fund charade? This desperate attempt at legitimacy isn't necessary if the business itself is legitimate. Why the pretense?

That's just it,

I've read several books on Bitcoin and one thing that keeps standing out is how the 1 or 2 person companies are dominating and end up collapsing or leaving clients money vonrable.

It reminds me of the early days of the NYSE.
There were so many scams that they had to force a regulatory entity.

Being very passionate at what I do, I find it extremely annoying to have FiNA breathing down my neck every time I go to write an email or if I wanted to start a blog about economics for investers.

However, some of the guys and gals that I have had the misfortune to work with over the years makes me extremelly happy to have a regulator that cares about suitability(however little that Is) or those same coAdvisers would just punish the poor investers with High commison products.

Once again, not saying this is a scam, I simply don't know you or your company, I guess Im just envyios and skeptical of your liberal operation with High return claims

Bitcoin is something I truelly think could be a game changer, but it'd up to the early adopters if that game changer will be for postive change or negative change.

Hi, Makalu,

litecoininvest.com was down for a while and now domain has expired. What you gonna do about it as HFBTC and HFLTC fund manager? I understand that you aren't operating as litecoininvest owner, but somehow we, the investors should be able to get our investments back, or at least some sort of input form your side and outlook of possible your actions.

I've owned HLFTC shares for about a year and a half, fiat wise I've just about broke even (LTC was $10+ when I invested), but in terms of Litecoin its been a fantastic investment (recouped more than initial investment in dividends, share price is up ~8x).

Very nice! Where are they traded now? I've been trying to visit the Litecoininvest page since yesterday and it's always offline.

How are you determining what the dividends are? It looks like it's been a pretty steady 1% per week for a long time...

Yes now profit 1% week is for long time ;-)

Is there an English version as well? Sadly, Google Translate butchers the entire thing when converting, making it really difficult to read, Sad.

Indeed, Makalu, that's not good. You also wrote, that migration would take few weeks, but that took almost month already. Who is running and maintaining platform anyway? I have stuck withdrawal for month and a half and nobody responds to it. WTF?

@makalu Hi again! Still you active around here?

I want to talk to you. Maybe you don't remember me and want to talk about the fund to invest.

Btw, seems that owner is a bit busy. he probably would be busy since he is getting some summits at BCN tomorrow (spain). So maybe he hasnt got time to manage the website?

I m not an investor but I think the major issue is fund manager inactivity here. If there s an issue, people should know about it.

I spoke with Miquel the other day, he is still around, he was traveling for the last week or so. He paid private share holders their dividend yesterday, he is still setting up Litecoininvest which is probably why he hasn't paid dividends there.

Whatever s going on, the lack of communication s affecting his service.

It's nice to see one of the securities funds here on bitcointalk actually not turn out to be a scam.  I don't have any interest in investing in any securities, but if I did I'd probably throw some Bitcoin your way.

Still Makalu, you cant post once every 2 weeks and expect people to trust you. Find someone to maintain this thread or even better make a professional one, if u re really serious about your fund.

Crazy as far as i know still working since 1 year ago. The problem is at litecoininvest website (but he is paying weekly now at 1% week) . How I know that? Cause im a Bussines University student and talked 2.5 weeks ago with makalu at pm here to start investing when I finish my university exams. Futhermore he has a shop at madrid where im currently living and studying at university. My plans are to start investing in 3 weeks or before 2/3 february. When i do that i will post proofs here to show you.
Also I asked  him at pm to get a legal accreditation to show that im investor at this since its a legal bussines registered in Spain and want to prevent if in the future anything bad happens. He didnt refuse to send and asked me my btc address since he is paying manually and not via web
Btw, when i start investing on this i'll show proofs. Btw you can search into his fb profile and see he is active there

We are talking right now about investors who left abandoned at litecoininvest, which is still dead. Situation is really annoying: there are signs that HFBTC still works "in mysterious ways" – you say it pays every week, Makalu shows up every two or three weeks and says "It's gonna be OK", and everybody are waiting, while at the same time investors who trusted its funds to Makalu via litecoininvest are hanging out and waiting. Even if Makalu will pay back, it's still unfair disadvantage compared to investors who invested directly, because you can access your dividends and reinvest them and we – don't. It was and is Makalu's and his only obligation, as fund manager, to take care of investors who trusted him, foresee upcoming death of litecoininvest, that was obvious and move funds to different platform or use other means for keeping our investments safe.

I'm not implying that Makalu is trying to scam us, I really hope it's not what's happening. I just want to address issue that during that litecoininvest downtime we were not able to access our dividends and that isn't fair.

Well, if this is the case, then Makalu is the worst promoter and marketing manager in this forum. Cause leaving people without verifiable info is NOT good for business. Again, I have no reason to doubt his credibility, I m sure he s a totally honest guy but people. INFO, VERIFIABLE INFO is number 1.

This is his address:
https://blockchain.info/address/12zg4Z93fZ8VH8dwm1BjqkDLMXR98B6FtF

He also sends documents to shareholders detailing the funds activities I believe quarterly (might be monthly).

Again, I have no doubt this guy s legit, he sees really honest. I m just trying to understand why does not he work a bit on promotion of this service, that s all.

My honest opinion is that he had issues with the guy who sold him the website (and cant run perfect the web now) . Btw, when i start investing in the next weeks (ill ask him  whats happening with litecoininvest website

Futhermore I guess he was paying ltc investors manually but you said no.. So
Better thing is to add him at his Fb profile, seeing his profile here you can access to it.  (he is more active there than here and you can ask your questions instead of waiting and waiting no?

Gracias.

Good afternoon,
I'm CEO Bitcoin Investors Trust SL entreprise than manage Hedge Fund BTC and LTC. Few months ago we buy LitecoinInvest because old manager say me than whant sell website. Reason is than are ill and no time for to continue.
Last week we receive litecoininvest domain migration to our server.
Also we receipt bitcoin wallet balance 3,25 btcs and litecoin wallet balance 0 ltcs.
This week we work in database website and find first data. With this info we find emails for to inform all litecoin users.
Our plan is activate website when we can do it as soon as possible.
We restore all quick. My developers work now.
I know than Hedge Fund BTC and LTC investors no receipt any dividend this last weeks problem is than I don't know how many shares have each investor and wallet for to pay. I speak with developers for to work first with database for to find this info. Today say me than is possible to solve it quick.
My idea is convert all dividends no paid in new shares and increase number with one 10% shares extra for all inconveniences.
Our project go very well. You can check all investments in our website www.investbtceur.com
Next week we activate private area in this website. All investors want convert litecoininvest shares to private shares is possible.

Also all investors want do new investments are welcome only need to contact by email info@investbtceur.com. Now we pay 0,9% dividend weekly.
Next 9 april we do one investors meeting in Barcelona and 23 april in Madrid. Can find all info in http://www.groupbtc.com/es/articulo/reunion-anual-y-extraordinaria-del-fondo-bitcoin-investors-trust-slu

Bump.

Next Wednesday it will be 2 months since I put a sell order for the totality of my investment. That order was canceled some weeks afterwards, arguing that I was not correctly identified. So I uploaded my ID (yay) and placed a new order. This was 9 days ago, and all I have is dead silence. I don't even know whether the pic I uploaded is valid or not, despite having asked.

Partial story (in Spanish, sorry) here. I'm not publishing everything in one go in order to keep the thread at the top-ish.

Hedge Fund BTC or "How to turn 4 BTC into 16 worthless database tokens". Even the bitfinex ones have more value.

I figure that's why he has so many two way ATMs that can only sell bitcoins. He's using them to sell the coins he gets through scams without having to meet anyone. The one ATM in Barcelona that could buy bitcoins only paid me a fraction of what I sent and several phone calls and emails did not get me my coins back. He has no intentions of running an honest business.

Well it was kinda obvious. No English website, operator not speaking good English, no actual data about him, lots of payments lags and unanswered questions, generally big time shady. Sorry for your loss people.

Well it was kinda obvious. No English website, operator not speaking good English, no actual data about him, lots of payments lags and unanswered questions, generally big time shady. Sorry for your loss people.

Why would the site have to be in english if he is based in Spain? He also does provide plenty of information: I've actually met him in person.

I've been invested in his fund for a few years now, and I've been very satisfied. The payments are still coming in weekly, however the payments for shares on Litecoininvest have not ever since they bought the site. I know they have been having some issues getting it going, and it has been pretty frustrating (I pester Miquel frequently asking when it will be back up).

As for the cashing out of shares part... Yes, it can be very slow. I've had my own requests cancelled multiple times before ultimately being accepted (and had to provide my ID information), once the fund is listed on an exchange again this shouldn't be a problem since you could just sell your stake and cashout. Really hoping it gets listed again soon.

So what you re saying is that he respects his obligations on case to case basis? He does pay your and does not pay other people for whatever reason? How can that be honest and transparent?

Well, the first thing he should do is actually address his clients here or via some other form of communication. As long as he hides and posts no word about this, people re going to think he s a scammer. I personally do not have any stake in this but I used to contemplate investing at some point. Glad that I passed on this one.

JAJAJAJAJAJA, UN GOOD INVEST bitphone (ganar céntimos recargando teléfonos) JAJAJAJA

In the first place, I am in no way related to the investment fund Bitcoin Inverstors Trust or the more modern Numero Veritas.

Secondly, I speak from the role of user of various services like bitphone or ATMs atms of btcfacil, without having any complaints until the present moment.

Afterwards, it is true that there is little or no communication from the investment fund, that the decisions that are made do not appeal to investors and nobody likes to lose their investments or think that they will lose them.

Also the bureaucracy makes things go slow or use the legality and make a legal complaint in the courts. I repeat, it is an external opinion and I am not a lawyer.

Dividend payout (aprox): 50%.

and you all thought it wasnt a scam with that high of a dividend payout?

wow... you're dumb af...
dividend is a share of profits not a 50% return on investment each time...

he gets 10,000$ invests it... the service generates 2$ it's first week with only 2people who invested 5,000$ each... 50% of the dividend shares are split between the two investors 0.50$ each and he keeps 1$... i don't see how you think this is such an amazing deal.

it seems that it is a scam but there are plenty of other reasons people shouldn't have invested.

mainly this...

Objectives:
- Basic criteria is working how business angels for interesting enterprises and ideas.
- Do not invest in illegal activities.
- Investments are prioritized with ethics, social and ecological projects.
- Investing in assets denominated in all crypto-currencies. But priority is for all nominated in BTC.
- Investing in stocks, bonds, funds and loans.
- Initially all business are in Internet but in one future it's possible invest also in stock markets (ex. NASDAQ, NYSE, EUROSTOCK, ...).
- Looking to increase value investing. Normally reinvest a percentage of the profits.
- Invest looking sustainable and to diversify risk.

crypto-currency investments, stocks, bonds, funds, loans, and investing in startup services i'm guessing...

although i'm sure alot of people know all of these or just some...  most of these require different expertise. i did not read every page of comments, but out of the first two i read i didn't see one person ask "what his qualifications are"

and just incase someone says these are all the same thing... "they are similar" but it's a big difference in giving a guy who can turn a profit with your money or a guy who can maximize profits in every field.

i'm Looking for sig campaign pmme
