Help!!!! TX ID not showing on blockchain but says delivered on Exodus wallet

I was depositing funds from Exodus to GDAX and in doing so, Exodus appears to show that I sent 0.94 BTC and subtracted the amount from my wallet even though GDAX never received anything. Even the transaction ID Exodus provided doesn't appear to exist on any blockchain websites. Please help.. I'm not exactly sure what is happening. Thanks to anyone who helps.

Try refreshing your wallet by following this tutorial: http://support.exodus.io/article/76-my-wallet-balance-is-not-correct
And check if you have the latest version: https://www.exodus.io/releases/

If it still doesn't work, Try importing your wallet in electrum. I think it also uses a BIP39 seed so you can use your 12-word phrase.

Standard Wallet --> I already have a seed --> Enter your recovery phrase --> Options --> tick the BIP39 Seed Box --> Leave the derivation unchanged --> Set a stong password

or you can just use your private keys: http://support.exodus.io/article/86-how-can-i-view-my-private-keys
