How to avoid SCAM ICOs?

I have only been in crypto short time.
To me it look like it is best to wait for exchange. Then most scam are dead. And the price are low because all bounty hunters sell cheap.

If you stay in crypto for a longer period then you would see that most ICO's are not worth investing in.
