This is my first post ever, on this forum at least.

I originally wanted to post to thread Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Securities > ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It, but apparently, people here are not very fond of newbies, so I have to post in Newbies section. Anyway, I wanted to ask people about a post friedcat made, it can be found here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.10620

I am not sure I comprehended the message correctly, the project timeline in particular (taken from the post itself):

Project Timeline

August-September: Deploy/sell all hashpower arriving in July and early August.
September-November: Deploy/sell the hashpower ordered at early July.
November-December: Experimental products of 2nd-gen chips and modular large-scale deployment solutions.

What does that timeline refer to? Hardware leasing/franchising, or the actual hardware for sale? Can anybody explain to me what friedcat meant?

When will they start selling next batch of new ASICs?
