Hello! I know this place doesnt belong to Poloniex but i have created a ticket at support, i have started this post so that someone can hear me here and might help me. Because they say it might take months for the respond of support.

Yes it can take weeks, months or even indefinitely. Did you have any coins in that account? If yes, then why cry for help here when you and you alone deserve the blame for being negligent. You should never store coins or money on any exchange, especially if they are your entire coins and the loss of them might cause severe hardship. Did you store your entire coins on Poloniex?

How do you expect people to help you? Many here face the same situation and some have been waiting forever, months even, for their tickets to be resolved. I doubt Poloniex staff are reading posts on this forum. They might be busy enjoying the Tahiti or Maldives sun paid for by blocked coins on locked accounts.

For the nth time, stop storing coins on exchanges. Stop using these exchanges as storage wallets.

Posting your problem here will not solve your problem, it may be a bit helpful if you post on Poloniex twitter account but this is also not a guarantee, when they will solve your problem only those who know.

Official ANN of poloniex is this one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.2960
You  should post your request or support ticket ID there, if there will be someone from their support team checking posts in their thread than it might accelerate your support request.

However owner or the one who have opened that ANN is offline since november.

We can't help you with the actual inquiry. That is up to poloniex.

What you did was pretty bad, because i don't think you can unfreeze your account without the support's help in this case. I could be wrong, but if you do require the support's help then you are pretty much screwed. Poloniex has a longstanding history of basically ignoring their customers support request, sometimes taking months to even answer, let alone solve a simple request to verify their account, lift their limits, etc.

You could be looking at a similar timeframe for your mistake.

I would strongly recommend you moving to a different exchange, binance/bitfinex/LBC/whichever you prefer personally. Poloniex is cancer.

My sister’s account on poloniex has the same problem with you. Her account has frozen for 30 days until now her account not active. She has 0.1 bitcoin in her account. She has tried to contact support via email to poloniex but until now she doesn’t get the answer. I dont know why poloniex like that. But i think you must try to contact poloniex. Because we can not help you. I hope your account can active as soon as posibble.

It's a pointless practice to constantly try make contact with them. I even believe that it will have an opposite effect where they might end up ignore you for a while. It's something other services are doing as well.

Their logic basically is that they will deal with people when they are ready for it, which is not exactly something you as user want to hear. Instead of contacting them every day, do it once or at most twice a week.

It looks like that even after all the time that passed, they still haven't done anything to hire more staff, which is a damn shame. The once largest exchange sinks down to the absolute bottom like this.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.
