Help please - btc not deposited in wallet despite blockchain confirmation

Hello question from a newbie here,

I have just set up armory (from bitcoinarmory.com) on my computer and sent btc towards it from kraken, however I did not receive it yet. The blockchain confirmed the transaction being sent and it does not appear on kraken.

After downloading armory yesterday I had not synced it with the bitcoin core and it only worked offline. The address that was generated and to which I sent the btc towards was during this offline mode. Today I synced everything and it is running online, but my transaction still does not show up on my wallet.

Does anyone know what to do?

If you're not using Windows, grab 0.96.4 RC2 - If you're on Windows please grab 0.96.4 RC1.
Heads up: bitcoinarmory.com is the old site. Please use btcarmory.com and/or this forum/github in the future for up to date builds.

Which block was your transaction in? What block number is Armory showing next to "connected"? Which is larger?

I have updated my version of armory and will make sure to follow the right websites haha. Blockchain is syncing with armory and i will keep you posted about the progress!
