hello,

the problem is that i don't remember to have ever posted any bitcoin address belonging to my wallet...
however i always sign my email massages with openpgp therefore even the messages i've sent to acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com were signed.
this should be enough to prove that my skunk@legalise.it email account belongs to me and that it wasn't hacked, isn't it?

thank you for your help, i hope some admin could help me with this issue...

If the PGP isn't associated with the account then it's not sufficient. The account needs to have posted either an address or the PGP key. Otherwise, the account can't be recovered.

Take a look at the accounts posting history and see if you are in control of any of the addresses that is has posted.

but that's the email account i've used to register at bct, that's should be enough to prove my identity!
i don't really understand all this mess to access an account that was arbitrary locked without any apparent reason, i didn't forget my password and i didn't even lost access to my email account as i'm administering the mail server myself...
i don't mind losing my bct account since i don't need to convince nobody that mine is not a puppet account, however i mind losing my thread watch list that i was following...
whatever, i wish you a happy new year anyway...
adios!
