Maybe a tip. Your address is in ur sig
At the time the payment arrived it wasn't. Plus it was part of a much bigger transaction to many addresses at once.

This amount is nothing, does it realy matter?
Your right, but I just want to know what happened! I want to understand bitcoin as fully as possible.

I don't recal visiting a faucet, and I hadn't published my bitcoin address anywhere at that time. Other tiny amounts where sent to lots more address in the same transaction so a faucet could be one explanation. The fact that the transaction fee was more what I received, but less than the entire transaction suggests that a faucet could be the explanation.

Why would someone setup a faucet anyway? strange.

To get other users started on bitcoin.

On 15th August I received 0.000005 BTC and I have no idea why. I wasn't expecting anything.

Here is the transaction id: 7c21078cba61037e343658c9f8cbaff84a95532c2ce24e9de3feef65c3c79e28

Anyone know what this is? It's a miniscule sum, but I am just curious.

Future you time traveled back and put your address in a faucet, this 0.000005 BTC will worth 1 million dollar in 2040.

(Actually, I tracked the transaction chain and it was sent by bitcoinforest which is a faucet and down now.)
