I made a bank transfer to cex.io a almost 2 months ago and still nothing is showing up in my account.
I've opened around 5 cases they are just leaving me with automated messages saying they have escalated the issue to the correspondent team, but no answer ...
Anyone here had same experience or can help me recover my money ...
Do they have support where you could call them by phone? Problem now is that you have many people entering into crypto world and opening accounts on exchanges and many of them aren't prepaired for this. Because they are overloaded many exchanges have slow replying time which is frustruating as if you ask me their customer satisfaction needs to be number 1 on the list...
Anyway if they don't have a phone you could call to, I guess you have to ask your bank and get a statement that you actually have sent the money to cex.io ; you could wait for their reply or there might be even a way to file a lawsuit if you are talking about big sums of money.
Don't know really what else to tell you, I am not sure if somebody who is working there will even see your message here that you are treated well. It's strange they should be reputable exchange but it is strange waiting that long it really shows how much they care for their customers....
