It also means "you cannot win except you take risk", this truth is very hard to accept but that is how it is. Our chances to win is rooted in our taking risk to invest. I have see a strategy to make some money but out of fear I could not take steps.

I also see many strategies to win on lottery, especially videos teaching how to do it safely. But it's not guaranteed as they say, there are still many chances against us on this game. I think if the gambler wants to play the lottery he shouldn't do it technically following a strategy, but just using his intuition.
With a so low winning probability only intuition can make this victory happen. The lottery millionaires I have seen were made rich by intuition, not strategy.

I think that there is always a chance for you to win lottery if you are purely relying on probability because there is always a chance for you to be picked. However when it comes to special skills and abilities, you could take some good steps after mental calculations and certain strategies and only then there could be a scenario for win. I would rather love to speculate in Bitcoin despite participating in lottery.

For example, max sale of lottery for one lucky sale is around 1 millions tickets means even with the 100 tickets in your own, you cannot do anything with that money.

The pot is there to attract the crowd. Thats all. It has been there since the physical casinos when they first came into existence and still stand there giving the immutable proof that majority of the casino games are in the long term going in the lines of the house and not the player. Few jackpot winners are those who have been really lucky or cheated the game.

But the pot does what it is supposed to do - that is draw a crowd big enough to make sure the casino milks them several multiple times of the amount in the pot, such that in case in future someone wins the pot, the casino is still in a new profit.

I agree, in general casino always win against players, it is by design.  People get an entertainment for their bids,  it is comparable to buying a ticket to some performance.  Fluctuations from the pattern (those who actually win) does not change overall picture.

Chance is always there but you should make yourself competent enough to beat your opponent and achieve the place. You won’t get something which is possible here we all know this; you have to make a grasp in a particular game. It might not respond to your efforts if it comes to a luck-based game however you will get response if you have chosen a game where you are able enough to put your strategies in.
