21.12.2017 withdrawal created for 18730.78USD

26.12.2017 withdrawal confirmed "Your withdrawal request has been successfully processed. "

...several email to support asking for updates...

12.01.2018 email from cex.io support "[...] We would kindly inform you that the funds have been sent back to your bank account.
We kindly ask you do not worry and would like to assure you that you should receive your funds in a short time.[..]"

25.01.2018 (today) still no money received!!!!

I wrote several times to support asking for a swift TRN or any ID that I can check with my bank, but got no response.
This is not my first withdrawal, I previously made withdrawals in EUR (Sepa)

So... not only I asked for my money 34 days ago, but I was told the money was sent 13 days ago!!
Did someone recently withdraw USD via swift? How long did it took?

Can anybody help??

Hey,welcome to bitcointalk.
Try pming CEX's staff in this forum. Profile:- CEX.
CEX should solve your problem in a few week's timespan. Until then, sadly you have to wait. Also do not send several support tickets to the exchange, your original request will go further more down, the staff will get clogged with requests which may not be good for you. Have some patience, bud.

They have ANN thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=418700.2940

You should post your issue there to get faster response also lately they are having lots of withdrawal delay but in your case it looks really more than normal.

They are legit till now so you might get your funds at some point.

Unfortunately, USD and GBP withdrawals are currently delayed due to the longer processing by our payment partner and their bank. We are currently communicating with them to find a faster resolution of the issue. Still, we do not already have access to this money. As soon as there are updates regarding this case, we will inform you.

Thanks for the feedback.

But I found really bad that you guys sent me an email on Jan 12th saying:

"[...] We would kindly inform you that the funds have been sent back to your bank account.[..]" (Support ticket #601465)

So what you meant was "we sent your money to our payment provider" ?
