Hi!

I'm new at this, so IDK what's the message trying to say.

This happens when I try to withdraw to my wallet. "Payment ID must be a string string of 64 hex characters minergate"

Also, is the whole Minergate System down? I cant withdraw Bitcoins and I can't login to their official site.

One last thing, does MinerGate does not permit you to withdraw to your wallet of choice, but instead to a wallet you have to create called "MultiWallet"?

At this pace, every service requiring a different wallet, I'll have around 20 of them.'' And the transferal fees will be barbaric.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm not trying to convert them to bitcoin and send to wallet, I want to withdraw to my Wallet in the same currency.

I'm logged in and have no problem navigating around.
