A topic like the Stone project which is definitively a scam and for which a scam
accusation topic already exist. This accusation topic should be linked to the official topic.

It's ok to say you may have a doubt and hence don't close the topic.

But at least be fair and make people aware there is scam accusation by adding a red banner on top of the thread !

For the most part on this forum, the "caveat emptor" principle is followed. A buyer on this forum should research this project beforehand, and outside of your own common sense, the Scam Accusations/Reputation areas are good places to start. Google can also be helpful. This forum has proven that they do not have the resources or desire to maintain something like what you are asking for on a per-thread basis. Something could be incorporated into the existing trust system to do something like this but I'm not sure it is really necessary, and may open up more potential for abuse.

There are several subforums that have banners across the top as a general warning for all threads under those sections, but outside of that warning, buyers need to exercise due diligence. There is a much smaller number of people trying to identify scammers on this forum than there are scammers trying to scam.
