First is make sure your level is at least jr.member to join bounty, and then find the bounty that you like about the project, it will helps you to understand what they do. In bounty, there are so many campaign. They are signature, social media, blog, telegram,eth. You can choose what you can do. And then you need to work until the bounty is end. If it is not scam they will give you their token.

I agree, you will probably struggle to find/participate in the bounties as a newbie as a lot of bounty managers exclude your rank from participating. So just be active on the forum, post quality posts and you will quickly move to the next rank which will open many doors regarding the bounty hunting.

Well, your rank have to be Jr. Member to participate in bounties. You also have to have social media account to participate in social media bounties, the higher the follower count the more stakes you earn.

Signature campaign bounty are no longer profitable for new comers as you will be stucked as a Jr. Member forever unless lots of people will give you a merit.

If I were you I will become active in this forum to increase my rank from Newbie to Jr. Member.. Then I will join article writing or Twitter campaign if you have a Twitter account with more than 500 followers.

You only have a Newbie status so you will be ineligeble for the Bitcointalk signature campaigns, if you have a good following on Facebook or Twitter you could try those options. If you have reasonable content creation skills you could try the Youtube or Article writing bounties.

You will start by joining the Forum and your rank will be Newbies. then you will have Face book account and Twitter account . you must have a good number of friends and followers  then you can join Face book and Twitter campaigns. you can also wear Signature depending on the project. First of all you need to rank up first for you to able to enroll in signature campaign which is the bounty, try to make your activity reach up to 30 to rank up you as a jr member, after that you can join the bounty as simply as that. Then after that you can search the ICO  you want to join there is a guidelines there for you to follow how to join the bounty.

If your account is newbie you can join with facebook and twitter campaign. The more follower or friends you have the more the reward. If your skills is in with writing or/and editing you can do article campain and youtube campaign. But once you are jr member you can now join signiture campaign.
