Epiphany Coin

We've created an ethereum token called Epiphany (ENY).

Our aim is to bridge the gap between virtual currencies and the physical ones. We'll build a wallet which is more like a bank account/PayPal where you can clearly see your transactions in a user-friendly manner. We want our wallet to be easy to use for the normal consumer.

We're also looking to launch gift cards for our token holder so they can gift coins to others.

And we're currently researching on making transactions faster to enable a one-click payment gateway for websites to accept payments with epiphany coin.

We don't believe in ICO's and we do this because we want to push the crypto/blockchain technology. We are a group of people who want to make a difference in the crypto market and have plenty of ideas to enhance the ethereum network.

The team
- product owner is a former employer of Reuters who help improve the Eikon trading platform and now VP at Goldman Sachs working on their trading platform.
- developers guys who have worked on the may cutting edge products and now are pushing epiphany coin.
- We will invest our own money into Epiphany to ensure our backers/coin owners can trust in Epiphany coin. We lose if we don't succeed so as a coin owner you know we are invested. These ICO coins make bold claims and raise millions but you can never guarantee they will invest the money into the product.
- We are growing the team with people who believe in our idea and in the coin.
- Hopefully we will capture a big name as a backer so you can understand how serious we are.

Current status
- we have been building the features for the wallet and are progressing well. Keep up to date via twitter.
- we have been looking into smart contracts and transaction fees. Ethererum gas price can be costly compared to other networks. We are exploring a cheaper system via smart contract. Lots more research required.
- We are pushing to get on exchanges as the wallet will be ready soon for testing and alpha release.

The idea is very good, but the prospect of the development of the project in my opinion is difficult to implement in terms of exchange for fiat funds. If the developers can solve this issue, they will certainly succeed.

I know you see it as another ethereum token which it is from the technical side but our aim is not to be just another token.

If we wanted to be like the 100s of 'just a token' we could have raised millions with an ICO then pushed the coin into the exchanges and as you know by now the only people who benefit from this process is the coin/token owners who make a huge amount of money and then have little reason to push their products (not all as many projects are very active).

The cryptocurrency industry needs a push to really become a currency that we use on a day-to-day. Not in the future but now and we want to help push it.

We have been invested in the crypto world for a while and we have seen wonderful projects and technical improvements but not much improvements are being made for the average consumer. These are the people who need to understand and use the currency on a day to day basis. This is the problem we wish to solve.

What experience do you have?
The product owner/founder has been working on the biggest trading platforms in the world in Reuters and Goldman Sachs. Also, his experience in advertising has given him the ability to see the picture from the consumer's point of view.

How are we funding this project?
The team is funding it from their own pockets and we are looking for big investors to push the project forward.
