It's possible, but anyone who believes in Tether news means they are fools, they must be aware that the news is a FUD.

I won't be surprised if it never exceeds $15k again. Bitcoin has major fundamental problems and no solution in sight. It's value is pure 100% speculation at this point and we should expect it to continue falling considerably.
