Using Stock speed powercolor AX RX 480 8G card but getting 16Mh/s what do I need to look for?
Running win 7  (can't use amd block chain driver)
Claymore 11
amd video driver 18.2.2
1 card in system
gpu speed 1266 MHz
Memory 2000 MHz
Temp on card 63C

What would most likely be the culprit as stock should be 26 ish?

its a DAG issue, you must use the latest driver with compute mode, however it is more likely worked on windows 10. as an alternative you may use the robinhood driver for windows 7.

You have to switch your driver to compute mode, then flash rx with modded bios, only then your speed will go up

if you still using adrenalin, activate compute mode or else use the blockchain driver, install until extract then cancels the installation, then manually update, from the device manager.

My rx480 from XFX give 28 Mh/s consumed 90 wat in dual mode. For this purpose it was necessary to flash BIOS, to disperse and to install drivers 17.7.2-july27. If you need more details write pm.
