RX580 8GB mining

Dears,
any idea how can i speed the MH/S for my mining mchine, i have 2 GPU Gigabyte RX580 as below screenshot as i read on internet the speed should be at least 25mhs per each GPU but my current hashrate is 19
can you please help me to speed hashrate

Roughly speaking:
1. To flash the BIOS of the graphics card need straps(timings) in the Bios Polaris Editor;
2. To install the "correct" driver blockchain or last;
3. If you want to run ATI Pixel Clock Patcher;
4. Configure the card in OverdriveNTool.

It will basically apply to all Rx580's just take note of the memory types, as per your screencap your GPU's has hynix memory so check the Bios mod settings for Hynix, or straps, what I Always advice is that "Just don't forget to have at least backup your BIOS before doing modifications.
