Airdrop is the easiest way to get token. You just register, share with your friend and wait. Everyone likes it. They needn't do anything. So the projects will receive a lot of attention. It's marketing way without costing much money. But Airdrop projects rarely be successful. (or I'm wrong???). Airdrops are easily earn the shit tokens. Because many scam projects are available in the market so many peoples are afraid to register in Airdrops it is just a waste of time. But some potential airdrops also available it is hard to predict so better avoid these kind of airdrops.

I totally agree with those saying airdrops are used for promoting projects. they are used to capture the attention of investors. Most people buy some amount of coins or tokens to add up to what they received from the airdrop.
