Whales are profiting from a string of negative effects like an exchange being hacked or at least having problems like Binance, google banning advertising of ICO starting in June. Whales are using this scenario to sell their coins in order to make people panic and re buy the coins themselves and increasing their stash of coins.

It's because of rumors that Google will be banning ICO ads. It will be harder for the companies to promote their ICO online because of Google restricting the advertisements of the scam ICO's. But I think the price of bitcoin will bounce back on the upcoming weeks.
