hi everybody,

It's hard to me to make a synthesis with all informations from everywhere.

Say that I own 2 computers,  core2duo + HD7950.

Is it worth mining with my computers or do you think it is now reserved for "professional" with FPGAs or ASICs boards ?

Thanks for your tips.

Definitively consider Scrypt mining with HD7950. But what is your electricity cost ?

Check http://dustcoin.com/mining

These computers are in "light" use, so I could say the energy cost is is not a major point.

You would make pennies, if not lose money due to electricity costs.

The best condition would be 2009.

When mining, your comp will be in high usage and drawing more electricity than iddle.

You may mine for fun to get some coins
