Hello CEX.IO Team,

I sent 1.4 ETH from Bitstamp to CEX 12 days ago, and they never came to my account. I see now that the problem is in this stupid smart contract.

Anyway, please, can you resolve this?

hi, send from surbtc to CEX.IO 10 ethe, the operation is not reflected in my finances. In etherscan.io it appears as internal transaction, what happens? I need an answer.

The problem arose because the transaction was carried out by smart contracts

I am very worried about what all my savings are.

Otherwise investors, traders and the companies involved end up losing lots of money due to software bugs and vulnerability. Remember the DAO.
