Every time i try to connect (no matter what ip ) it shows:

You has been banned. (IP 188.x.x.x)

I'm just new from Saturday and all this happens minutes after buying 1 bitcoin.

I'm trying to speak with them by Skype but they keep silence since i start talking about ban.

Any sugestions?

Do you use TOR or proxies to connect? I'm not sure how BTC-E approaches that. How did you fund your account? I won't lie, BTC-E support is not great.

I haven't used the chat so it isn't possible. I know it's the account not the IP banned. I use to connect whitout any proxys, but once i've seen i couldn't get in i tried by TOR, and it let me in. But banned my again when i logged in. It's a shame to have that kind of ("nobody knows") politics with users.
How the hell can someone know why has he been banned?

This is what happened:

As you can see in here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=254488.40
my account was blocked yesterday few hours after writing the code they give me.

Now, 24 hour later (must be some jocke with the site-name, which is not funny for me at all) they send my this:

Quote
I am representative of 24change.com.
Yesterday due to mistake of our manager we've sent you an 300 USD BTC-e code (Order: 23883), but we didn't already get your payment to our liqpay.com account. The fact is that payment was canceled by liqpay.com, and full amount will be refunded to your account within 6 business days. Due to co-operation with BTC-e.com administration your account was temporarily suspended, after you redeemed this code. Now to unlock your account you need to send us newly generated btc-e code with amount of: 300.0 USD BTCE. I hope you are a decent person and we'll recieve new BTC-e code from you soon.
Thank you for understanding.

Obviously everything was saved here so I have nothing to hide. As everyone can see I payed for a service in this place. They took my money. Didn't give me anything and once they gived to me they make my btc-e account block.

So VERY CAREFUL WITH BTC-E AND 24CHANGE!!

Totally agree. But btc-e is responsable too. If you ban someones account at least get in contact with him before it, don't you think? Fuck people has money on them accounts!
