Everytime you'll trying to pay from your VISA/MC previously unused at liqpay.com, they'll verify your transaction by sending request to your bank, if your bank will not responding within 3 days liqpay will cancel your transaction and refund it to your card within next 6 business days. After first confirmation (if it will be successful) you'll be able to exchange much faster.

there is no mislead, a part froum yours. If your team can't see it maybe they have an eyes problem.

Obviously everything was saved here so I have nothing to hide. As everyone can see I payed for a service in this place. They took my money. Didn't give me anything and once they gived to me they make my btc-e account block.
