BTC Client keeps on crashing on a Mac

Yo,

I installed BTC client a week ago on my Mac. Today, app. 20.000 blocks were left until the program was fully synced. Unfortunately, the program crashed after it took me almost a week to install it.

Could someone please explain me what I can do to firstly, make the syncing process go faster and secondly, to prevent the program from crashing.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi Silcone,

i recommend the Electrum Client. It is a light version with online blockchain sync.. Much faster .
