Terrible customer service!  Long ticket wait times.  Unacceptable withdraw fees (btc).  But with all that a decent exchange.  The problems hopefully are due to shear volume and under staffed ( ill prepared ) and unproffessional trying to create an exchange.  It is what it is in my experience with them.  Criminal?  Not yet!
Trust?  You won't find many exchanges you can to be fair.  Use them for their trading pairs - do your business and get out.  That's my opinion.

I would strongly advise against using Liqui until they fix how they operate. I have got my withdrawal request stuck on 'Processing' for over a week now, and there's no response from their support team. There are a ton of other people facing this same issue.

Yes, already we are seeing some issues with the website and many people are complaining about the withdrawal and why withdrawals are talking too long in Liqui exchanges, Liqui is one of the good exchanges where they pay on time but now people are facing a lot of problems with this Liqui exchange.

So bad to see this things up and wondering why people keep trading at this site since as I know this site is long time scam, so many complains has been posted and to many scam accusation has been placed. Maybe people should learn to avoid this site and start moving on better exchange.
