What is DOGE?

When I watch through forum, I saw a lot of people talk about DOGE. I am not quite understand the relationship between DOGE and bitcoin. Any one can help?

I believe the easiest way to explain this would be with this wikipedia entry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crypto-currency

Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency, and Doge being a new one. There are many other "alt" cryptocurrencies as well, doge just getting alot of spotlight as it started off as a joke.

dodge is a relative new Cryptocurrency.. i dont know... might not so bad
