我有些疑问和建议

我的建议：1）通过销毁比特币来产生VSC，建立一个比特币黑洞，这个黑洞可以是共同发起人分别掌握部分秘钥的地址。2)把比特币投入这个黑洞，按比例来产生首批VSC。3)既然把BTC当做金本位，那么后续是否可以通过销毁更多的BTC来增发VSC，增发时产生的VSC按时间比例减少，比如每月减少10%等。4)如果想保证VSC的价值，BTC就要保证一定要销毁或者在几年内无法使用。
我的一些想法：未来要使虚拟货币普及，一定要根据不同需要来建立多型号多功能的钱包。比如针对小企业的钱包，要有多用户和分级权限功能。针对大企业的钱包，要建立实体的钱柜，有防火墙注重安全性能等等。

For large enterprises purse, to establish till entities focus on safety performance, and so there is a firewall.
