Yes I lost 271 buk sending to cryptsy 5 weeks ago, many tickets about it (and lost XPM and BTC), sending transaction ID's etc but yeah they simply seem to have washed their hands of it Sad

Last reply was some gibberish about my client not being uptodate or sent to the wrong addy (trans reciept says otherwise). ...reaching for straws there cryptsy, so blame the customer despite in being 100% your issue.
