I have never found a way to connect the black Cude miners (30 gh/s) to cgminer. I just use Mining_Proxy.exe with no connection or even running cgminer.

Is there a way to connect them to Cgminer and these network miners without using proxy_mining.exe?

No, cgminer is mining software, not pool or proxy software.

Developer/maintainer for cgminer, ckpool/ckproxy, and the -ck kernel

Just use the supported, stable and useful software that is bfgminer.
