Quit smoking what?

This ad is for cigarettes, but the lesson is the same for any drug you burn and inhale.

Every substance that stimulates your brain in an unnatural way is a drug. Doesn't matter if it's caffeine, cocaine, THC or nicotine.

Great decision for your health!I know is very difficult to resist the temptation but I hope that you won't give up after a week. When you want to put a cigarette in your mouth again remember that 1 cigarette takes 7 min of your life.
