Today was the easiest part - saying you are quitting.

Tomorrow will be a lot tougher.  Good luck!

i quit a lot of times, didnt stick till i starting using ecigs though.
so i'm around 4 years now on ecigs. the first one i bought was like those tiny ones that are about the same size as a normal cig.
those didn't pan out well. but since i've been using an 18650 battery mod, its been smooth sailing.
can breath a lot better, dont get winded like i used to, i can smell and taste things a hell of a lot better, and my hair and nails are a lot stronger.

the best part is i no longer smell like a moldy basement mixed with ash.. i couldnt ever stand the smell of smoke.. so glad i'm away from that crap now.

keep up the good work!

Awesome dude! It will save you a lot of money, and a lot of health problems!
Even if you feel like shit tomorrow you have to keep strong and keep your mind busy. Just hold on, it will get gradually easier! Smiley
