Many people on this forum would point you towards the user John (John K.). He does a lot of escrow transactions for people.

escrow.ms, TomatoCage, John K(MIA) are all popular choices.

Bitpop has been around since before there were computers on the planet, so he would be another choice.

If you feel like rolling dice, I can escrow up to 1 BTC for 1%. I'm not comfortable with amounts higher than that (until I gain trust).

I don't know what other escrow's policies are on PayPal transactions, but I don't accept them. Anyway, good luck.

My Commodore 64 is very secure and I charge no fee.
